Accor Hotels are one of World’s leading Hoteliers with nearly 4000 hotels in
over 100 countries. Accor is a services and hospitality company and its success
is built on its people and their ability to fully satisfy customer expectations.
Novotel Hotels – Elements Launch
Their requirement in the UK was for training materials to help with the launch
of a new restaurant concept Elements in their Novotel Hotel chain.
We were briefed to work alongside their training professionals to produce a DVD
that helped explain to the restaurant management and staff how the new service
in the restaurant was to be conducted.
The DVD was produced in conjunction with a training pack which included a handbook
and guidelines.
IBIS Hotels – Customer Service CD-ROM
IBIS Hotels are pioneers in the economy hotel category and with the small teams
of staff working 24 hours a new emphasis on customer service was launched in
2005-6
The requirement was to produce an interactive training tool that the Hotel managers
could use to train their staff in the Hotels many of which did not have a dedicated
training or conferencing facility.
We chose to create a CD-ROM because of its interactivity and for the fact it
was to be used on the Hotels PC’s on a one-to-one basis.
The CD-ROM uses humour, portrayed by up and coming comedians, to show both the
wrong and then the right way to treat customers through every stage of their
stay in an Ibis hotel.
