Now called Virgin Media, they are a major player in the telecommunications and cable TV industry. With over 10 million customers they have become the UK´s biggest supplier of domestic broadband services.
Directors´ appointments webcast
When several of the senior management team changed NTL decided to hold
an informal gathering of its associates at the headquarters in Hook to
introduce the new team. VCL was asked to film the meeting and host the
film on the Internet for later viewing. The new Chairman, CFO and COO
spoke briefly to the whole company
Service Engineers´ Training
When the training consultants were tasked with providing Customer Service
Training to the army of service engineers who visit customers´ homes,
VCL were contacted to provide a quotation and method statement for producing
the video elements of the project.
After winning the quotation process on both cost and ideas, VCL began scripting,
casting and shooting the many video sequences for the training CD ROM.
After full editing and approval from senior NTL executives the video was
supplied as Windows Media files for incorporation into the training package.
